Why don't I see any prices for professionals listed here? What do you mean by Name Your Price?

Unlike conventional shopping where professionals set their price, at bridalnegotiator, you set the price. You won't be overextending your budget at bridalnegotiator because you won't pay a penny more than the price you set. Learn more.

I just submitted a price. Now what?

You will receive an email confirming that bridalnegotiator has received your price submission. Your price will then be provided to the wedding professionals that you have selected. In most cases, you will receive an email informing you whether your price has been accepted within 72 hours of your price submission.

Your credit card will be charged if and when one of the wedding professionals accepts your price.

My price was accepted. Now what?

First, your credit card will be charged for the amount of your price (plus sales tax, if applicable). Your wedding professional will contact you within two weeks to discuss your wedding day details and, if necessary, set up a meeting with you. You will work directly with your professional leading up to your wedding day.

When do I meet my wedding professional?

After your price is accepted, your wedding professional will contact you within two weeks. At that time, you can set up a meeting with your wedding professional prior to your wedding day, and will work with him or her directly.

Will I be able to see and share my wedding photos online?

Yes! All bridalnegotiator wedding packages include access to our online photo site. At the site, you and your family and friends can see all of your wedding photos, and order prints and merchandise.

Can I get my wedding photos on a CD/DVD with reprint rights?

Yes! You will have the option of choosing to receive a CD/DVD of the original high-resolution digital files of your wedding photos.

I want a wedding album. How can I get one?

Absolutely! Professionally designed wedding albums are available as an add-on to Your Wedding Package, or for purchase separately. Select the number of albums you want, and their cost will be added to Your Wedding Package. You can purchase albums even if you are not using a bridalnegotiator professional. Is there a limit on the number of photos or the amount of video taken at my wedding?

No. When you submit your price, you will select the amount of hours of coverage that you need for your big day. However, there is no limit on the number of photos or video taken during that amount of time.

How often can I submit a price?

Once you name a price, you cannot submit another price for 72 hours. Remember, if you name a relatively low price, your selected professional(s) will likely not accept it and you will need to wait 72 hours to submit a different price. In this time, another bride and groom will likely name a higher price and book your professional for possibly the same date. Therefore, it is important to choose a price that is reasonable and likely to be accepted by your selected professional(s).

What will my wedding professional wear to my wedding?

Your wedding professional will be dressed appropriately and professionally as described in their profile. After you book your professional, you may certainly tell him or her what dress is appropriate for your special day.

Each professional has a profile for you to find detailed information on style, experience, and work. If you have a question you would like a professional to answer, you can use our Ask A Professional feature to get more information. Once you submit a price and it is accepted, your wedding professional will contact you and likely meet with you.

My price was not accepted. What gives?

Wedding professionals have many reasons for not accepting Your Wedding Package. Most likely, your price was not accepted for one of the following reasons: 1) your price was too low, or 2) your professional(s) were not available on the date you selected. You can submit a new price after 72 hours.

There are no professionals listed in my area. What are my options?

We add new professionals every day. You can search again soon to check for new professionals in your area. You may also review the Additional Professionals we provide in the search results, who do destination weddings. Remember, since these professionals will need to travel to your zip code and will incur additional travel expenses, you should consider this in naming a price for these professionals.

The beauty of bridalnegotiator is that you don't have to choose. We recommend you submit your price to all of them. Of course, if you don't care for a particular professional, you can remove him or her before you submit your price.

A few weeks after your wedding, you will receive the link to your online photo site. You can use this site to share your photos with your family and friends, and also to order prints and other merchandise.

Does my disc jockey provide lighting?

Each disc jockey describes his or her lighting setup in their profile. We'll ask you whether or not you want lighting included when you are building Your Wedding Package, so if you want it, be sure to specify that you want lighting.
